3. Registration and Payment

• Registration for any training session must be completed through our official website, email, or designated registration channels.

• Full payment is required before access to training materials, sessions, or certification is granted.

• Payment methods accepted include bank transfers, online payment gateways, and other approved methods.

• All payments are non-refundable except as outlined in our refund policy.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made at least 7 days before the training start date are eligible for a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the training start date are non-refundable.

• If Dianswift Konzult Limited cancels a training session, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5. Participant Responsibilities

• Participants must provide accurate personal and professional details during registration.

• Attendance and active participation in training sessions are required to receive certification (where applicable).

• Any form of misconduct, including plagiarism, harassment, or disruptive behavior, may lead to expulsion without a refund.

6. Intellectual Property

• All training materials, videos, presentations, and content provided by Dianswift Konzult Limited remain our intellectual property.

• Participants are not allowed to reproduce, distribute, or share any training materials without prior written consent.

7. Confidentiality

• Any information shared by participants during training is treated as confidential.

• Dianswift Konzult Limited will not disclose participant information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Dianswift Konzult Limited is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• We do not guarantee specific results or job placements following training completion.

9. Amendments to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or our website.

• Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
